Accepted papers will be published in the conference CD-ROM proceedings (ISBN: 978-0-9808251-0-7). Accepted presented papers will also be considered for publication in the special issues organized in selected following International Journals (Indexed by the Ei, Compendex Plus, Scirus, Scopus, SciSearch etc.) subject to further review.

Important Dates:

Paper Submission (Full Paper):  (July 15, 2010)  Extended to July 31,2010
Notification of Acceptance :  August 15, 2010
Final Paper Submission: August 30, 2010
Authors' Registration:  September 15, 2010
