Conference fee will cover lunches and refreshments, and soft copies of the Conference Proceedings

2. * Student registration will not include conference dinner. Dinner ticket can be purchased at $70 in advance.
4. ** Only family (spouse, parents, children etc) members are considered as accompanying person. Conference dinner is not included in the accompanying registration. Guest dinner ticket can be purchased at $70 in advance.

7. *** For the authors who have difficulties to pay US Dollars, such as Iran, please pay equivalent Euros
8. *** Student are required to email a student verification letter from the department head.
9. *** Each registration fees entitle for publishing maximum two papers. Additional paper add US$100 with the registration fees.
10. *** Authors need register and pay by March 30, 2012 in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings CD-ROM
11. ***There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation by authors
